Currently, the flow builder allows us to create automated conversations, but it does not provide a direct way to assign or update user attributes such as Status, Source, and Group. Adding this feature would be extremely valuable because: It would allow us to segment users more effectively based on their interaction within the flow. We could automatically organize leads (e.g., “New”, “Qualified”, “Cold Leads”) without manual intervention. It would improve the automation and efficiency of the system, reducing the need for external steps. This makes the chatbot not only a conversation tool but also a powerful CRM enhancer. This improvement would give us much better control over the user lifecycle and make the flow builder significantly more powerful.
